2. Description of Services

The Drone Solution provides professional aerial inspection and imaging services using drones. Typical applications include building inspections, roof inspections, infrastructure surveys, and similar projects (“Project”).

3. User Obligations

1. Accurate Information
   You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when requesting Services, including property address, point of contact, and any access requirements.

2. Permissions & Access
   You must secure all necessary permissions, permits, and clearances to operate drones on the property or site. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to your failure to obtain such approvals.

3. Safety & Compliance
   You will ensure that the Project site is safe and free from hazards that could interfere with drone operations.

4. Booking & Cancellation

1. Booking
   To schedule Services, you must submit a signed Service Agreement and a deposit (if required).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

   • Cancellation made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date: full refund of deposit.

   • Cancellation made within 72 hours: forfeiture of deposit.

   • Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability; fees may apply for short-notice changes.

5. Fees & Payment

1. Quotations
   All quotes are valid for 30 days. Additional fees may apply for travel, permits, or special equipment.

2. Payment Terms

   • Deposit: due upon booking (if applicable).

   • Balance: due within 15 days of invoice date.

3. Late Payments
   Late payments incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership
   All aerial photographs, videos, and deliverables produced by The Drone Solution remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

2. License to Client
   Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for the intended Project purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat any proprietary information or sensitive site data you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

1. Performance Warranty
   We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

2. Disclaimer
   Except as expressly provided, all other warranties, whether express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Drone Solution and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or Site usage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Drone Solution, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligent or willful acts in connection with the Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
